Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette

Sauces make everything better.

I could spend time chatting about the importance of sauces in my life and why you need more in yours – but I’m thinking that if you’re reading this, we are already on the same page. So lets cut to the chase and get you the best lemon vinaigrette recipe there is!

Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe

Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp organic lemon juice
  • 2 tsp raw local honey
  • 2 tsp organic Dijon mustard*
  • 1 clove organic garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients except for the oil in a single-serve (smoothie sized) blender OR in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add your oil and blend until creamy and well incorporated. Don't blend too much or it'll turn to mayo consistency!

  2. Drizzle over salads, wraps, or some roasted veggies!

Notes

*I prefer a milder dijon mustard, so that it doesn't take over the other flavors. Whole Foods brand and Publix brand are both great!
